Victorious Healthcare Academy: Medical Assistant Program

Victorious Healthcare Academy offers an 11-week hybrid Medical Assistant Course designed for individuals looking to enter the healthcare profession. With a mix of online coursework, in-person training, and a one-month externship at a local clinic, this program prepares students for a variety of medical assistant roles in clinics, hospitals, and private practices. Graduates will be eligible to take the National Certification Exam through the National Healthcareer Association to earn their Clinical Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA) credential.

This program provides a balance of online flexibility and hands-on learning. Students complete theoretical coursework online while practicing essential skills in person, including taking vital signs, administering medications, performing injections, conducting EKGs, and collecting laboratory samples. Additionally, students learn foundational medical terminology, patient safety protocols, and the operational duties of medical assistants, such as front office management and back office procedures.The program also includes a one-month externship, allowing students to apply their skills in real-world medical settings.
